Online purchasing conditions

The online purchase procedure for the activities and services of Lloret Futur SA (Lloret Turisme) is subject to the following conditions:

• The service is reserved for adults only.
• The online purchase process will allow you to define the type of service, number of tickets, date and place of performance.
• The user shall be entitled to receive those products or services purchased within the terms and conditions contracted, which are available at the time of purchase and subject to availability from Lloret Turisme.
• If you have not completed the purchase process correctly, please contact Lloret Turisme at central-turisme@lloret.cat .
• In the case of paid online tickets or activities, only the prices published on the portal at the time of the online enquiry or purchase are valid. The valid prices of the services offered are those corresponding to the value in euros (€). If applicable, we recommend that you check the actual amount of your purchase in your currency at the time prior to purchase as there are fluctuations in currency exchange rates over time.
• Lloret Turisme reserves the right to modify these rates without prior notice.
• The applicable taxes and charges will be those in force in Spain at the time of payment or service provision.
• When you purchase a ticket or activity online subject to payment, you must present a debit or credit card, at which point you will be redirected to an external payment gateway to proceed with the payment of the purchase. Lloret Turisme will not collect or process your bank details at any time. The debit or credit card information is communicated to the banks via a secure server and secure communications. This information is treated with the same security and confidentiality as your data.
• Once the purchase has been made, the full amount will be charged to this debit, credit or Paypal card, being a non-cancellable and non- refundable purchase, unless there is an error or defect in the service/ product.
• Once the purchase process has been completed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. This email will contain the purchase identifier code, including the details of the purchase.
• Each ticket or activity is unique and allows only one entry. Lloret Turisme does not guarantee its authenticity if it has not been purchased at the official points of sale.
• Any ticket that is amended, torn, suspected of being counterfeit or illegally acquired will entitle the Organisation to deprive the bearer of access.
• In the event of having applied a discount on the purchase of the activity or service, the Organisation of the activity may require accreditation of the discount in order to gain access to the venue or spaces where the activity takes place. Once the ticket or activity has been purchased, it will not be exchanged, nor will the amount be refunded, except in the case of cancellation of the event. In this case, the Organisation undertakes to refund the amount of the ticket.
• It is forbidden to use the flash in enclosed spaces, as well as to enter the enclosure with any object or product considered dangerous by the organisers.
• The bearer authorises the Organisation to carry out, in accordance with the Law, checks or searches of person and holdings to verify that security conditions are met.
• Access to the space where the activity is taking place is not allowed once the activity has started.
• The organisers reserve the right to modify the programme of the show.
